Human Resources (HR) Internship

1. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Build a strong employer brand to position the company as a desirable workplace.
2. Screening and Selection
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer skills assessments and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Provide guidance on interview best practices and assist in making hiring decisions.
Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
4. Offer Management
Negotiate offers, including salary and benefits, with selected candidates.
Ensure timely communication of offers and onboarding procedures.
Handle rejections with professionalism and maintain positive candidate relationships.
5. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
