Human Resources (HR) Internship

We're looking for a passionate HR intern who is looking forward to an experience of the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding) at our digital agency vertical Digitally Next.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on job portals, screen reemployment-relations.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
and 4. Assist in prepariffer letters and other employment related documents.
5. Follow up with new hires to address any questions or concerns about their offers.
6. Help track employee attendance, leaves and maintain the accurate, records.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee enfull-timeitiatives and programs.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing and document management.
