About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records.
2. Develop and enforce HR policies while handling employee queries.
3. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
4. Coordinate training programs and performance appraisals.
5. Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and inventory management.
7. Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
9. Manage office supplies, schedules, and correspondence.
10. Organize and maintain records, meetings, and calendars.
11. Provide administrative support to departments and leadership.
12. Handle incoming communication, emails, and documentation.
13. Maintain financial records and update accounting software.
14. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
15. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audits.
16. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
