Human Resources (HR) Internship

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for human resources? Friends Media is looking for a dynamic HR intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
3. Support HR team with employee relations activities, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database
5. Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
6. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS-Excel and MS-Word
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to enhance HR processes and practices
