About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities inclKey Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Actively approach and engage potential clients in the field through
direct visits, calls, or meetings to promote company products/services.
Sales Promotion: Effectively present and promote the company's offerings to clients and
prospects to generate new business and close sales.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring that both client
needs and company goals are met.
Payment Collection: Collect payments from clients as per the agreed terms, ensuring
proper documentation of transactions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with
clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Gather market insights from clients and competitors to report on
industry trends and improve sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and payment
status to the sales manager.
Field Marketing Support: Assist with field marketing campaigns and promotional
events to boost brand awareness and generate sales leads.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
(preferred).
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Persuasive and confident in sales and negotiations.
o Ability to work independently and take initiative in the field.
o Basic understanding of sales processes and client management.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles (even in a part-time or
volunteer capacity) is a plus.
Other: Comfortable with fieldwork and travel as required for client meetings and
payment collection.
