About the internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee relations by maintaining HR records, handling inquiries, and assisting with disciplinary actions when necessary.
3. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee progress.
4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
6. Support HR team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
7. Engage in effective communication with employees and managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance.
