About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment
2. Understanding client requirements based on technical expectations of the client
3. Sourcing the profiles and generating the leads through reference
4. Conducting telephonic discussions with candidates and evaluating their technical skills and communication skills in HR point of view
5. Working on interview scheduling, follow-ups and coordination with clients
6. Having final HR discussion after technical rounds to confirm on selected candidates joining, salary negotiation
