Kinari Bazar films and Kabuliwala are looking for full-time interns with the expertise of human resources in a production house located in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi for a full-time office-based internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the hiring of full-time interns
2. Creating job descriptions, posting jobs, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
3. Creating staff retention strategies
4. Creating disciplinary notes and maintaining staff disciplines
5. Identifying and maintaining relationships with campus coordinators/professors and internship experts of colleges/institutes, etc.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Mar'21 and 22nd Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests
The work timings would be from 12 PM - 6 PM (Monday to Friday) and the location would be Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Kabuliwala Storytelling and Theatre Company are named after Kamal Kabuliwala, originally Kamal Pruthi, the artistic director, who acquired this pen name after his character as Kabuliwala became a rage all over the country, and he went on to do back-to-back 300 solo stage shows all over India and abroad while spearheading the storytelling movement in the country and inspiring thousands of young mothers, storytellers, and artists to take up storytelling as a profession.
