Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
2. Assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings. This includes reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
3. Maintain and update HR databases with accurate and up-to-date employee information, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations
4. Help prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and assist with the completion of the necessary paperwork
