We are looking for an HR intern to join us for recruitment. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 months internship experience in talent acquisition/candidate sourcing/recruitment.
Preference will be given to candidates who have done hiring for full-time role in previous internships/projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the hiring requirement and posting jobs on various platforms
2. Searching suitable candidates through LinkedIn
3. Calling the candidates from the database
4. Shortlisting suitable applicants and forwarding them to senior members for the interview process
5. Coordinating the interview process and closing position within the assigned timelines

2. can start the internship between 23rd Sep'21 and 28th Oct'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
