About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform data entry and analysis of the existing international staff pool, covering 400+ staff members and their particulars.
2. Ensure timely and up-to-date maintenance of existing databases and cyclical reporting of data.
3. Provide administrative support, including reporting and statistics.
4. Assist the Field HR team in drafting working policies.
5. Support Staff Health through research and administrative assistance.
6. Assist in setting up and maintaining the Field HR SharePoint page (guidance will be provided) and archiving important documents for future reference.
7. Coordinate with the front desk for proactive communication regarding office staff and field volunteers. This includes but is not limited to courier management, transport, accommodation in Colombo/New Delhi, and timely form submissions.
8. Support the ISSO in coordinating timely departures of field volunteers from South Asia, including communication with staff and other offices regarding travel. Assist with booking flights, accommodation for domestic travel, work permit processes, and reimbursement claims.

Internship Allowance:
1.The MSF intern will get a stipend/conveyance for the number of days worked (at
INR 473.00 per day).
