Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events
2) Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3) Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4) Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
5) Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback
6) Support the creation of job descriptions and recruitment materials
7) Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
8) Collaborate with the HR team on special projects related to talent acquisition
