About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with HR management tasks such as developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management
2. Handle other day-to-day HR tasks as needed by the HR department
3. Post job openings and manage job listings
4. Call potential candidates and screen applicants
5. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Manage joining formalities for new employees
7. Handle employee documentation and record-keeping
8. Process payroll and ensure timely payments
9. Assist in developing and updating HR policies
