About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Helping in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and conducting training sessions
3. Supporting employee relations initiatives by organizing team-building activities and handling employee inquiries
4. Maintaining and updating HR records and databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations
5. Assisting in performance management processes by tracking employee goals, evaluations, and feedback
6. Helping in organizing and coordinating HR events, meetings, and workshops
7. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy
