As an English Proficient candidate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and play a crucial role in the recruitment and onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
2. Updating and maintaining employee records and databases
3. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
4. Participating in HR projects and initiatives
5. Assisting with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
6. Providing support with employee relations and conflict resolution
7. Conducting research on HR best practices and trends
