About the internship
PRHUB Delhi is seeking a solution-oriented and dynamic HR intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS-Office. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and support our team in creating processes and procedures as well as talent management initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation programs.
3. Creating HR policies from scratch, and post feedback from the team, tracking revision, and finalizing them.
4. Creating the Org Google calendar with birthdays, work anniversaries, and important official dates
