Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Recruitment Assistance:
1. Help in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
2. Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
3. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback.

b. Grievance Handling (Basic):
1. Act as a point of contact for simple employee queries and escalate where necessary.
2. Help in resolving minor employee issues with guidance from senior HR staff.

c. Administrative Tasks:
1. Assist in scheduling meetings for the HR team.
2. Handle basic correspondence such as sending emails or setting reminders.

d. Learning & Development:
1. Take notes during team discussions and learn HR processes.
2. Actively participate in team activities and projects to gain hands-on experience.
