Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent sourcing & screening: Assist in identifying and shortlisting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources.
2. Interview coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
3. Onboarding support: Help in documentation, orientation, and engagement of new hires.
4. Database management: Maintain and update candidate records, job postings, and recruitment trackers.
5. Employee engagement: Support HR initiatives like engagement activities, feedback collection, and internal communications.
6. Compliance & documentation: Assist in maintaining HR records, contracts, and policies as per company standards.
