Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
2. Coordinating interviews and assisting with scheduling
3. Assisting in the preparation of new employee orientation programs
4. Ensuring new employees complete onboarding processes
5. Helping with the documentation for new hires, including contracts, employee forms, and background checks
6. Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
7. Assisting in filing documents, processing paperwork, and organizing files
8. Supporting in organizing team-building activities and events
9. Helping to manage employee leave and attendance records
