Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates from job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records
4. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
5. Support employee engagement activities and events
6. Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
7. Draft HR policies and reports

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or completed a bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Keen interest in HR and people management
