Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Update and maintain employee records in our HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining HR files.
