Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
3. Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
4. Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
5. Draft and distribute internal communications, including HR policies.
6. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to boost team morale.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
