The HR intern will support the organization's human resources function by driving recruiting efforts and provide HR generalist support in the area of employee engagement, training & development, and employee relations. The individual will be required to work on HR projects too as and when required.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing sources of recruitment & forming a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, websites, personal contacts, and recommendations from existing employees
2. Enhancing the positive candidate experience
3. Collaborating with hiring managers for scheduling & coordinating interviews
4. Rolling out the offer letter to the selected candidates
