About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Work on screening of resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Advertise job openings on the company s job portals and internally
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
