Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks within the Human Resources department
2. Support recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
3. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
4. Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events
5. Support training and development activities by coordinating sessions and tracking attendance
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in policy implementation
7. Contribute to various HR projects, providing research and administrative support
8. Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR-related inquiries
9. Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows
10. Gain valuable hands-on experience in different HR functions, enhancing professional development
