About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with the potential job candidates
2. Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings
3. Managing HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
4. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
5. Issuing new employees with enrollment documents
6. Conducting employee orientations
7. Explaining employee benefits
8. Responding to HR-related queries within the company
9. Maintaining employee confidentiality
10. Assisting with the distribution of training material
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 19th Jan'21 and 23rd Feb'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Erode, Namakkal and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
