1. Assist with recruitment processes such as job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in conducting employee orientations and coordinating training sessions.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
4. Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. Support HR team in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
6. Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function within the company.
