1. Assist with job postings on various platforms, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
2. Help manage the candidate database and communicate with candidates for scheduling.
3. Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs (if applicable).
Onboarding:
1. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting in the orientation of new employees.
2. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
