Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support HR team with employee relations by helping to resolve conflicts and providing guidance on company policies.
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Assist with training and development initiatives by organizing workshops and creating training materials.
5. Help with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
