About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels to build a talent pool
2. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews to identify qualified candidates
3. Update and maintain candidate databases to ensure accurate records
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and verification to ensure smooth integration
5. Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance with regulations
6. Assist in drafting contracts and other HR documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
7. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations
8. Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information to protect employee privacy

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus

5. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities

6. Eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment

7. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

8. A proactive and collaborative mindset
