About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment and selection: Select qualified candidates for open positions and this may involve creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
2. Onboarding and orientation: Execute onboarding programs that introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures and this may include orientation sessions, training programs, and ongoing support
3. Performance management: Develop and implement performance management programs that align employee goals with company objectives and this may involve setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans
4. Employee relations: Address employee concerns and complaints, mediate conflicts, and foster positive relationships between employees and management
5. HR administration: Manage HR functions such as data entry, record keeping, and compliance reporting
