1. Assisting the HR officer in daily operations
2. Assisting the HR officer in process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)
3. Assisting the HR officer in developing job descriptions for the vacant positions and advertisements to be prepared and posted on job portals
4. Working on recruitment-related transactional activities (process, data, document, scheduling, sourcing)
5. Maintaining HR records and systems in a confidential manner
6. Creating infographics for SOPs and policies, PPT updates to make HR PPTs creative, visually appealing, easy to read, etc.
Requirements:
1. Freshers with no background/experience in HR are welcome to apply for the internship
