About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping the HR team create and implement company and HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
2. Assisting the human resources manager in creating and establishing a sound recruitment process to fill job vacancies
3. Supporting employees by providing answers to their questions and addressing their issues
4. Facilitating the design and delivery of employee training programs related to their positions
5. Conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for leaving and improve retention strategies
6. Assisting in designing and implementing employee benefits packages, such as retirement savings plans and health insurance
7. Conducting interviews with job applicants for organizational positions
8. Organizing company events, including workshops, seminars, and employee conferences
9. Filing HR documents and communicating with the HR manager on all human resources matters
10. Conducting performance reviews and appraisals to assess employees' performance levels and areas for improvement
