About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies with a key focus on retail assets (sales)
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Working on screening resumes and application forms
4. Scheduling and confirming interviews with the candidates
5. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
6. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
7. Assisting in the planning of company events

Requirements:

1. Should know the automobile industry
2. Should be willing to work at extended hours and complete hiring and onboarding tasks in a shorter span of time

About Arthmatetech Private Limited

We are hiring some interns for Arthmatetech Private Limited. It's a sister concern for NSP Group. Arthmate provides credit solutions to the supply side of the internet commerce industry in partnership with various fintech players. We also provide credit solutions to small ticket lending on the customer side serviced through our partner network. As with every business, there are various requirements for capital to manage exigencies and so on and so the supply side of internet commerce is highly susceptible to these forces and has the ability to scale really fast in order to take advantage of the platforms they are in and acquire customers.

Current lending models of banks and NBFC are ill-equipped to handle the credit demands of rapidly changing businesses which are powered through various platforms [e.g. Fintechs, e-commerce, etc], we partner with the platforms that have reached these SMEs and we act as a source of funds with tailor-made credit solutions for the final customer.
