2. Handling end-to-end recruitment from junior to senior level from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter
3. Handling full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
4. Sourcing different types of talented candidates through different sourcing channels like internal databanks, job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc.), social networking sites (Facebook), smart recruitment techniques, etc.
5. Working on candidates assessment against appropriate criteria
6. Screening & filtering resumes & candidates for open positions like relevant skills, education, experience, preferred location, and reason for the change, expected CTC, etc.
7. Executing pre-screening and telephonic interviews for junior, middle, and leadership level positions
8. Handling cold calls to suitable candidates
9. Providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market
10. Posting jobs to appropriate job portals
11. Following up with candidates for the reply, interview date, joining, etc.
12. Handling job posting, designing & updating job description, and conducting walk-in & telephonic interviews
