About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Job posting ninja: You'll be creating eye-catching job descriptions and posting them on job boards like a pro (yes, we're talking LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and even the quirky platforms where we might just find our next star).
2. Candidate scouting: Searching for candidates who are a perfect fit for our roles. You'll learn how to spot the talent that'll help take us to the next level. Think of yourself as a talent detective with a sharp eye for potential!
3. Screening & scheduling: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening calls, and setting up interviews. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our candidates so no pressure, just make a great first impression!
4. Interview assistance: Shadowing our senior HR team during interviews, taking notes, and maybe even conducting a few yourself (don't worry, we'll prep you to be the next hiring guru).
5. Administrative support: From organizing candidate data to updating our internal systems, you'll help keep everything running smoothly. It's the magic behind the scenes that makes the hiring process seamless.

Other requirements

1. A love for all things HR, recruiting, and people-related (if you have a genuine interest in the world of talent, this is your jam).

2. A keen eye for detail—you’ll be reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates, so catching the little things is a must!

3. Strong communication skills—whether it’s talking to a candidate or writing a job post, being clear, friendly, and professional is key.

4. A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn! We’re a small, growing team, so flexibility and a sense of humor go a long way.

5. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite (if you can handle a spreadsheet, we’ll love you forever).
