As a Human Resources (HR) intern at GroMo, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various functions and initiatives within the organization.
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
2. Manage employee records and maintain HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Support the performance management process by helping to track employee goals, performance evaluations, and development plans.
4. Assist with employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
5. Collaborate with HR team members on training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
6. Help to provide HR support to employees by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team to support the overall goals of the department and organization.
