As a Human Resources (HR) intern at GroMo, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential as you assist with various HR tasks. Your skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will also be put to use as you support the HR team in various projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
2. Support employee relations by helping to organize team-building activities and addressing employee questions and concerns.
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Assist with training and development initiatives by coordinating workshops and tracking employee participation.
5. Help with payroll processing by verifying timesheets and addressing any discrepancies.
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives by conducting research, drafting reports, and presenting findings.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
