Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Completing the recruiting and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews.
2. Conducting the first round of personal interview and arranging a further round of interviews of shortlisted candidates with the designated department/personnel
3. Negotiating salary and fixing the compensation of the selected candidates
4. Handling daily HR functions
5. Briefing the new employee about the company and its policies
6. Issuing appointment letters
7. Maintaining a record of daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming, early leaving & leave records of all the employees
8. Handling grievances of employees and ensuring quick resolution of the same
9. Assisting the operations manager in day-to-day official tasks
