About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source resumes through job portals, other sources, headhunting, and references.
2. Screen profiles according to job specifications.
3. Conduct first-level interviews.
4. Coordinate with candidates until successful onboarding.
5. Collaborate with various departments throughout the hiring process.
6. Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
7. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies are filled.
8. Assist in verifying employee documents, including educational certificates, identification proof, and work experience letters.
9. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
10. Maintain accurate records and manage documentation files.
