As a Human Resources (HR) intern at LifeChart.in, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management while utilizing your English proficiency, MS-Excel, and MS-Word skills. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Update and maintain HR databases and employee records using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
3. Support the HR team in conducting orientations, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
6. Support with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing employees.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function at LifeChart.in.
