About the internship

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hire talented and like-minded candidates as per the company s recruitment plan and achieve the assigned targets
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
3. Post job openings on various hiring portals/job boards and connect with candidates
4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases and other platforms and connect with candidates, etc.
5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
6. Schedule and align interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
