Human Resources Intern

Join OkayGo (A BetterPlace Company) as a Human Resources Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent. Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while supporting onboarding activities.

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support recruitment event participation.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in HR, Business, or related degree programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Previous HR/recruitment experience is a plus.
