About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring and non-IT sales roles.
2. Utilizing various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and Apna for sourcing candidates.
3. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
5. Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
6. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
