3. Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
4. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
5. Assisting in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
6. Assisting in training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
7. Supporting HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
