About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Validating documents provided by the new hires thoroughly
2. Conducting documentation formalities for all the new joiners
3. Handling the orient new joiners to the organization by explaining to them about the company policies/history/hierarchy/code of conduct/ethics etc.
4. Addressing the queries of the new joiners as & when required
5. Sharing the batch handover report with the respective LOBs
6. Handing over the files to the backend team, post successful completion of an onboarding day
7. Sharing the welcome circular details with the employee engagement team
