About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization.
2. Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes including induction, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
3. Help maintain our internal HR records and databases with accurate employee information and confidentiality, including contact details and employment forms.
4. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like department lists, headcount data, etc)
5. Address employee queries about benefits (like insurance, leaves queries, reimbursement related queries, etc.)
6. Assist in campus recruitment process like connect with placement cells, screening resumes and application forms, schedule assessment tests and screening interviews with students.
7. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
8. Participate in engagement activities like birthday and festivals celebrations.
9. Aligning new employees with managers and their team
10. Performs other related administrative tasks.

5. MBA in human resources management or a similar field.
