This role will support all HR business partner activities for the assigned business of Snapdeal. This role will have the opportunity to support the business by implementing HR processes in alignment with business goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding of human resource function, role, and key metrics
2. Collaborating with internal team members in enhancing the employee experience, onboarding program, engagement, L&D, and other HR operational work
3. Contributing to day-to-day operations and ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and error-free manner
4. Managing data
5. Updating organization structures and job descriptions
6. Working on the implementation of a mentorship program (operational monitoring)
7. Conducting market research on HR best practices
Skills and attributes for success:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools
3. Ability to be agile, focus on the end result
4. Adaptability
