Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
2. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
3. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
4. Develop and implement a filing system for both digital and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
5. Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process

What are we looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
