Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting onboarding transaction processing activities
2. Collecting, entering, and maintaining applicant data
3. Collecting, validating, and processing employment-related information for new hires (excludes benefit or payroll processing); activities may include travel documents and medical clearance processing
4. Managing large volume sourcing which may include selection processing activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating training class placement plus data input to applicable systems
5. Communicating offers or rejections to candidates
6. Providing superior customer service to all employees by promptly responding to employee inquiries
7. Achieving performance measures and adhering to established customer service standards
8. Escalating non-routine matters to appropriate individuals
9. Adhering to established processes, procedures, and systems
10. Interpreting standards, administrative procedures, and practices
11. Maintaining records relating to employee/customer inquiries
12. Ensuring confidentiality and security of applicant data
13. Processing mail, order supplies, and other duties as needed by the department

Requirements:

1. MBA (HR)
2. HR or staffing experience
3. Process Management skills
